EASTER HOLIDAY CLOSURE

The Beauty Therapy Room likes to inform ALL our CLIENTS & FRIENDS  that the salon will be closed for EASTER HOLIDAY WEEKEND which we will start from FRIDAY 6TH APRIL 2012 TO MONDAY 9TH APRIL  2012.

The Beauty Therapy Room will resume work on the morning of  TUESDAY 10TH APRIL 2012  from 10.00 am as per our normal working hours.

Therefore any person who need to book an appointment for any of these days, we appreciate if you call us as soon as possible in order to fit you for all your treatments before the commencement of or after our short training break.

We thank you all for your understanding and we apologise for any inconvenience which this short closure may have caused you.

CHARITY FUNDRAISING WITH THE BEAUTY THERAPY ROOM

Recently The Beauty Therapy Room has added another charity to the list and it is “GREAT ORMOND STREET HOSPITAL CHARITY”.

So we have now placed at our reception two collection boxes – one box for “The Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund” and another box for “Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity”. These two great charities do a lot of good work for the children who suffers from Cancer and other big medical illnesses and conditions. Also they offer great financial, moral and social support to their families who have to endure the same pain while their children are being treated with their medical conditions.

At The Beauty Therapy Room, we like to help these two charities when we can by raising some urgent fund for those special children and their family. We like to ask our clients, friends and colleagues to help raise more monies for these two charities by donating whatever they feel like, we do not specify any amounts and we leave it to the discretion of each person.

It is heart braking to hear that some very young children are suffering from some debilitating cancer conditions and their whole family is affected by their medical conditions and the medical requirements they need to provide to their young children so they can have a decent life during this difficult period of their life.

Therefore, we appreciate all the help you can give us for these superb charities who tries to give some hope and happiness and health back to the children with Cancer or other medical conditions and their families.

“NEW HOLISTIC MASSAGE & REFLEXOLOGY TREATMENTS”

The Beauty Therapy Room is proud to announce to ALL our Clients, Friends and Colleagues the reopening of the Holistic Therapy Department  with our two Holistic Therapists – Mr. Valerijs Petrovs and Miss Catherine Wharfe. They will offer Reflexology & Massage Treatments ( Holistic & Deep Tissue Massage).

The Holistic Treatments are available on:

1. Every Tuesday from 1.00pm – 8.00 pm – Massage & Reflexology.
2. Every Thursday from 1.00 pm -8.00 pm – Massage.

Terms & Conditions:

• A booking fee of £30 is mandatory for any Holistic & Reflexology Treatments exceeding 30 minutes.
• This fee can be paid in person at the salon or on the phone with your credit cards. It is refunded after the treatment is given.
• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any treatments. Failure to do so will incur a cancellation or a no show fee of £15, and the booking fee forfeited.
• We appreciate if you inform the therapist of any medical conditions you may have on the day of your treatment for your health & safety in mind.

As from 1st January 2011, The Beauty Therapy Room has introduced a NEW RECOMMEND/REWARD SCHEME to ALL our CLIENTS for the entire year of 2011.

The NEW RECOMMEND/REWARD SCHEME is set out as follows:

• From the 1st January 2011, every client of The Beauty Therapy Room who recommends a friend/colleague or a member of family to us and that person has a treatment with us, will receive a Voucher for £10 to redeem against any treatments of their choice.
• The RECOMMEND/REWARD Voucher will be issued to the person every time when he/she recommends their friend/colleague to The Beauty Therapy Room.
• The RECOMMEND/REWARD Voucher will be posted to the recommending person or will be handed out on their next visit to The Beauty Therapy Room.
• Therefore you can either forward our e-newsletters or email and tell them about us and how to book their treatments with us.
• Don’t forget to ask them to mention your name when they come for their treatment, (it is important) so we know to whom we send the RECOMMEND/REWARD Voucher.
• And thereafter they can recommend us to their own friends and colleagues and receive their own vouchers too.
• This New Recommend/Reward Scheme has been extended for another year – 1st January to 31st December 2012.
• The £10 OFF REWARD Voucher can ONLY be redeemed against any treatments of the value of £30 and over.
• The Cosmetic Treatments by Ethos Medispa Medical Consultants are NOT included in this scheme.

The Beauty Therapy Room and Ethos Medispa Ltd are proud to announce the arrival of a NEW Cosmetic Consultant to head the Cosmetic Medical Treatments at our establishment.

The Cosmetic Consultant visits The Beauty Therapy Room on a regular monthly basis to look after our clients.  Her first Clinic will be on Wednesday 25^th May from 12.00 noon to 2.00 pm. The other clinics are advertised on our website and in our weekly newsletters nearer to the date.
